As CEO of ProcureAbility, Conrad focuses on client success, employee engagement and culture, and product innovation. Conrad has more than 25 years of experience in strategic procurement and supply chain management. He has deep experience in launching and managing programs focused on strategy design, procurement transformation, category management, strategic sourcing, supplier development, and organizational sustainability.
Conrad has consulted with numerous Fortune 1000 companies in a variety of industries including oil and gas, utilities, technology, banking and insurance, hospitality, and healthcare. Conrad is on the Board of Directors of both the Utility Supply Management Alliance (USMA), and the Utility Purchasing Management Group (UPMG) and is a frequently requested presenter at national supply chain conferences such as USMA, UPMG, Platts, SIG, WEI, and APPA. He previously worked in strategic procurement as a consultant with Kearney.
Conrad holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Washington. A retired sponsored athlete and aspiring ski-mountaineer, he spends his free time adventuring in the outdoors with his wife and their young son.
Darshan has extensive global operations and delivery experience in the managed services and advisory fields. He has deep expertise in building global programs focused on procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, and supply chain/procurement transformation.
Prior to joining ProcureAbility, Darshan spent most of his career building large-scale, global delivery operations. He spent a decade in a series of global leadership positions in IBM’s Integrated Supply Chain organization and then joined Denali Sourcing Services as operations leader and was instrumental in establishing and growing the company’s global delivery capability. After Denali’s acquisition integration with WNS, Darshan transitioned to tech start-ups, OpenGov and Icertis, where he built their global professional services and customer success organizations. Darshan has worked with global clients in high-tech, financial services, manufacturing, retail, utilities, and healthcare/pharma.
Darshan holds an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, a graduate degree in supply chain from Penn State, and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management. He loves international travel, movies, and everything food, and divides his time between Seattle and Palm Springs.
Lauren has more than 20 years of procurement experience across sales, account management, client, and people operations within both managed services and consulting. With her results-oriented mindset, strategy-focused leadership and people management, she has most recently built and scaled consistent delivery methodologies and strong people cultures at various US and Global delivery centers. Lauren is passionate about people and process and has implemented numerous successful programs focused on employee engagement, development, and retention ensuring organizations effectively and efficiently reach their goals.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and was named a Pros-to-Know by Supply & Demand Chain Executive. Lauren is an avid reader and lives in Pittsburgh, PA with her husband Patrick and their four children, Dillon, Quinn, Regan, and Sheridan, for whom she prides herself in cheering the loudest at all school activities.
As Managing Director–India at Procureability, Satyen manages a dual portfolio of leading our India and Asia growth along with managing Global Solutions and Digital Transformation functions.
He has over 29 years of diverse experience across supply chain and strategic procurement in both business services/consulting and in the manufacturing Industry. Throughout his career, he has managed roles across sales, business development, Six Sigma, and new product development.
Spending the first 12 years of his career in the core manufacturing industry gave Satyen an opportunity to work with supply chains of leading clientele across automotive, rail, and heavy industries. Prior to joining ProcureAbility, he spent 17 years managing Global Transformation roles focused on procurement and supply chain. He has hands-on experience in building innovative digital and services solutions across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific in industries such as manufacturing, consumer products, hi-tech, banking and financial services, and insurance.
Satyen holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and an MBA in general management. He is also a certified Six-Sigma practitioner. In his free time, he likes to read, solve puzzles, and learn new skills. He is also an avid follower of soccer and loves watching the various European premier leagues, particularly the EPL.
Kathleen has over 20 years of experience marketing to a wide array of industry sectors including procurement, supply chain, asset management, banking and capital markets, consumer goods, real estate, and insurance.
Prior to joining ProcureAbility, Kathleen served as Deloitte’s US Investment Management Marketing Leader, and previously led Marketing for Pershing’s Broker-Dealer, Prime Brokerage, and Trading Services practices. She also has experience as a dispute analysis and investigation consultant and business interruption negotiator.
Kathleen holds a B.S. in Accounting from Penn State and a dual M.B.A. in Marketing, and Communications and Media Management from Fordham University. She was recognized by Acquisitional International as the “Most Influential Procurement CMO” in 2024, named Corporate Live Wire’s “Procurement CMO of the Year” in both 2023/2024 and 2024/2025, and honored by Consulting Magazine’s Women Leaders in Consulting in the award category of “Mentor of the Year” in 2022.
Joe has more than 12 years of advisory and consulting experience centered on strategic procurement and large-scale transformations. He has deep experience in launching and executing programs focused on strategic sourcing, supply chain, procurement strategy, organizational design, and transformations.
Earlier in his career, Joe was an Air Force pilot before joining A.T. Kearney in their consumer practice. He has consulted with numerous Fortune 500 companies in a variety of industries, including utilities, CPGs, grocery, retail, telecom, apparel, food and beverage, and government.
Joe holds a B.S. degree in Physics from the United States Air Force Academy and an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. He enjoys boating, hiking, and spending time in the outdoors.
Carlos has nearly 20 years of international experience in consulting, business process management (BPM), procurement, and supply chain. He has expertise in procurement organization transformation, category management, strategic sourcing, procurement operations, and delivery teams’ development.
Carlos has worked in high-tech manufacturing, CPG, hospitality, retail, telecommunications, automotive, utilities, and social-media industries. He started his career at UM Motorcycles building their Global Procurement and Supply Chain Finance capabilities. Later he founded CPG, a boutique consulting firm based in Shanghai, specializing in strategic sourcing out of Asia. After returning to the US, Carlos joined Denali Sourcing Services where he spent 8 years delivering global procurement services to Fortune 1000 organizations and was a member of the integration team after the WNS acquisition. Before joining ProcureAbility he led Unify Consulting’s Delivery Centers’ expansion.
Carlos has lived on five continents allowing him to adapt and learn from diverse cultures and ways of doing things. He is bilingual in Spanish and English and continues to hone his Mandarin skills. Carlos holds a B.A. in International Economics and an M.S. in Finance from Florida International University.
Carlos, wife, and two daughters live in the Seattle area. They enjoy the outdoors, traveling to new places, and discovering new local flavours.
With more than 15 years of experience collaborating with her clients and project teams, Kristen brings a breadth of experience and know-how to clients and procurement organizations. Throughout her career, she has supported various industries including utilities, government contractors, pharmaceuticals, and gaming.
Kristen started her career with Accenture’s Supply Chain Strategy practice, then led an energy company’s IT Supply Chain department before returning to procurement consulting with ProcureAbility. Kristen’s advisory expertise and real-world experience allow her to identify opportunities that deliver sustainable transformations and bottom-line savings to her clients.
Kristen holds a B.S. degree in Business Logistics from Penn State University. She was recognized by Consulting Magazine’s Women Leaders in Consulting Awards in the category of Excellence in Leadership. Kristen and her family live in Maryland, but you can find them in Bethany Beach, Delaware throughout the summer and any other free weekend playing golf, spending time at the beach and on the water, and enjoying good meals with family and friends.
Jake is an accomplished procurement and operations leader with more than 15 years of strategic consulting experience.
His areas of focus include strategic sourcing, category management, supplier negotiations, organization design, pre/post-merger integration, executive stakeholder engagement and end-to-end procurement transformations. Jake applies analytic and data-driven methods to help clients assess opportunities and to realize benefits. Prior to ProcureAbility, Jake worked in A.T. Kearney’s Procurement Practice with clients across numerous industries including industrial manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, technology, financial services and government. He’s still looking for a client in Antarctica to check off all the continents.
Jake holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Marketing from Virginia Tech and an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
Since joining ProcureAbility in 2014, Seraj’s mission has been to create an environment that cultivates passion in those around him. By listening, supporting, and empowering others, his teams maintain a reputation of dependable execution, innovation, and excellence in everything they do.
Within procurement, Seraj possesses over 10 years of experience in sourcing execution and category management, including the development of category-specific tools, policies, and change management accelerators for Fortune 1000 organizations. He is a subject matter expert in the design of service delivery programs that emphasize customer-centricity and value realization through the source-to-contract lifecycle. His role is to anchor strategic accounts and counsel his clients and project teams with an on-demand perspective on projects, opportunities, and best practices.
Seraj’s cross-industry experience is rooted in regulated environments, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, energy, and utilities.
Seraj began his career as a Supply Chain Management Analyst at Cleveland Clinic and holds a B.S. degree in business from The Ohio State University. In his free time, you can catch Seraj traveling, indulging in spicy foods, and tackling his next DIY project.
Rhiana has extensive experience leading and supporting complex projects across the utility and telecommunications industries, focusing on strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, contract management, robust procurement and spend analytics, process design and optimization, project management, and procurement transformation.
Rhiana joined ProcureAbility in 2019, where she has since been able to apply her passion for sourcing in delivering valuable sourcing expertise, building strategic relationships, and leading critical sourcing efforts ranging from million-dollar to multi-billion-dollar projects.
Rhiana has a B.S. in Business Administration from Colorado State University and was recognized as a 30 Under 30 Rising Supply Chain Star by Thomas and the Institute for Supply Management (ISM) in 2017. She lives in Castle Rock, Colorado and enjoys staying active with the gym, hiking, and golfing; travelling; and trying out new recipes to cook.
David Gonzalez is head of business development for ProcureAbility. A practitioner for the last 20 years, David has extensive procurement and sourcing experience and a proven track record in partnering with and leading large-scale engagements with Global 1000 clients.
Prior to joining ProcureAbility, David was senior vice president, sales, for WNS Denali and was responsible for selling procurement managed services, advisory services, and digital solutions in North America. David also held various leadership roles within WNS Denali’s delivery organization leading global client engagements.
David holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Washington State University and an MBA from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. In his personal life, David is an avid runner, is passionate about all things sports related, and is an assistant coach on his son’s club baseball team.
Matt Kruse has two decades of experience in procurement across both the corporate and consulting sectors. He has led and supported multiple engagements for Fortune 1000 companies as well as having supported efforts led by private equity investment. Matt constructs processes and strategic implementations of systems that work in hectic, ever-changing environments to drive strategic vision that effectively addresses business challenges.
Matt has supported multiple industries throughout his career, including retail, manufacturing, hospitality, consumer packaged goods, and healthcare. By combining his corporate experience and consulting expertise, he can translate strategies into actionable plans and drive measurable improvement to the bottom line.
Matt holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Texas Tech University and an MBA from Regis University in Denver, Colorado, as well as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. He lives in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex with his wife and son.
Tapan Pandya is a corporate process and procurement leader with a demonstrated history of managing programs, clients, and delivery to drive cost reduction. He has held various roles at Fortune 500 companies, focused on repeatable processes, continuous improvement, and program management.
Prior to joining ProcureAbility, Tapan spent most of his time leading client management programs in consulting and setting up procurement teams in the industry. He has driven cost reduction programs across multiple spend categories within the “verticals” of raw materials/direct spend; MROs; construction and facilities; business services; and logistics. Work streams have included spend data analytics, strategic sourcing projects, tail spend management, market intelligence, e-catalog management, organizational structure design, categorizing spend from first principles, procure-to-pay process implementation, and setting up procurement policies.
Tapan worked for SWM International (now part of Mativ) for five years building a centralized procurement team for indirect spend across North America and Europe. He worked for Denali (now WNS) for six years, where he held various roles. At Evergreen Packaging (now part of Pactiv Evergreen), he was head of global sourcing and procurement; he also held senior positions at other firms. Over the past 12-plus years, he has managed teams ranging from six to 30 members.
Tapan received a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Wayne State University, a master’s degree in finance from Walsh College, and an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management. He likes to do day hikes, swim, and read nonfiction. He splits his time between Detroit and Atlanta.
Ani has over 18 years of experience helping organizations solve their procurement, strategic sourcing, and supply chain challenges. He has led and supported managed services and consulting engagements for several Fortune 500 and Government clients. Ani combines data- driven analytical thinking with a people-focused mindset to analyze business problems and develop solutions for his clients.
Ani’s areas of expertise include source-to-contract program leadership, strategic sourcing, negotiations, spend analytics, opportunity assessments, procurement center of excellence, technology implementations, category management, and procurement transformation efforts. His industry experience includes telecom, high-tech, retail (food and beverage), consumer packaged goods, manufacturing, and US Federal Government.
Ani holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Bangalore Institute of Technology, India and an MBA from University of Maryland, College Park. He lives in the Seattle metropolitan area with his wife and son. He enjoys spending time with his son doing both outdoor and indoor activities including biking, hiking, and playing chess and other board games.
